The YELLOW JACKET^® Hydrocarbon Charging Kit provides all the necessary tools to charge R-290 (propane) and R-600a (isobutane) hydrocarbon systems safely and effectively. The single valve manifold and small ID hoses allow for effective system pressure measurement while minimizing the impact on the system charge. The bottle valve and adapters offer compatibility with a variety of R-290 and R-600a refrigerant bottles.

BOTTLE COMPATIBILITY

There are many different refrigerant bottle styles in the market for R-290 and R-600a. With that in mind, the YELLOW JACKET^® Hydrocarbon Charging Kit has been designed to support these various bottle configurations. The 61008 Hydrocarbon Bottle Valve works with most self-sealing 7/16” threaded bottle connections. When working with 1” threaded bottle connections, the 61009
Hydrocarbon Bottle Adapter can be used. The 19201 90° Quick Coupler (pictured) even provides the ability to attach puncture-style and other right-angle bottle valves for accurate liquid charging.
