The Warranty Administrator acts as a liaison between the factory and our HVAC/refrigeration customers in order for our customers to submit warranty claims, and receive warranty credits. • Receiving warranty claims and ensuring all required information is obtained in order to submit claims to factory. • Inputting warranty claims into database. • Informing customers, and/or branches of any additional information that is needed to process claims. • Submitting warranty claims to factory. • Following up on all claims submitted to factory to ensure credits are received in a timely matter. • Issuing warranty credits to customers. • Informing customers and/or branches of claim denials in a timely matter. • Assisting other warranty/office personnel to research missing credits, and missing warranty claims. • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment. • Assisting Warehouse Warranty Clerk in returning parts to factory when necessary. • Assisting Warehouse Warranty Clerk in storing and scrapping warranty parts. • Operate appropriate equipment including but not limited to a pallet jack, office machines, and computer systems. • Communicating effectively with branch personnel, factory personnel, and customers. • Assist in the annual inventory for the warehouse. • Perform any additional duties as assigned by company/management. • High School Diploma or GED. • Prior warranty administration experience preferred.

Clean CDL license, class B or better with HAZMAT endorsement Minimum 6 months truck driving and warehouse experience.
